The Chamber in Spain

David Figueras graduated from the School of Law of the Graduate School of Business Administration and Management (ESADE) in 2005 with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Corporate Law and a Master's degree in Tax Counseling and Management. In 2004 and in 2008 he studied International Law and Game Theory at Tulane University of Louisiana in the USA and Business in China at Peking University, respectively. He started his working career in 2005 in the private sector in the field of commercial and tax law. From 2011 to 2012 he was a representative of the Consulate of Honduras in Barcelona. In 2009 he founded SF Abogados, which provides legal and consultancy services in Spain and partner countries, with offices in Barcelona, Valencia and Shanghai. Since 2015 he has been executive director of Milcontratos.com, a legal tech start-up. In 2020, he was appointed by the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry as the official representative of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Spain. Fluent in Catalan, Spanish and English.

In 2015, graduated from International University MITSO with a degree in International Commercial Law. In 2017, she obtained a Master's degree (LL.M. int.) in Law with a major in International Law, Investment, Trade and Arbitration from the Heidelberg University in Germany and from the University of Chile in Santiago de Chile. In 2018, she was accepted into the Ph.D. programme in law at the Pompeu Fabra University, where she is now conducting her research. She has work experience in international and non-governmental organisations and the private sector. In 2020 she became part of the SF Abogados team and in 2021 she joined the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Spain. Fluent in Russian, Belarusian, English and Spanish.
